David and Karen started as property investors nearly 27 years ago, purchasing property throughout Queensland and New South Wales.

David and Karen come into the Real Estate Industry with a Big difference!

We all decided to open Gracemere Property Solutions with old fashions values and services, which we believe every investor should receive from their experienced property managers.

David and Karen have lived in Gracemere and Rockhampton area for over 20 years and have strong ties with the community with their 3 children attending primary school in Gracemere and High School in Rockhampton. Their family have been involved in many sports from Netball, football, touch football and soccer.

David and Karen believe in giving back to the community that embraced them when they first came to the town, as well as being foster carer’s.

David and Karen have a heart of gold and are very warm and friendly people.
